Despite the turmoil in the US auto industry, innovation is still happening.  But will we see more hybrids and electric vehicles anytime soon for fleets, commercial vehicles, or consumer cars?  Join Garry Golden, Energy Futurist, and Jeremy P. Meyers, Assistant Professor of Engineering at UT and expert on fuel cells, as they talk about what needs to happen in science, technology, society, the economy, the environment, and politics to make the transition to electric vehicles possible.  Joel Greenberg, Managing Director of Immercio, leads the conversation.
